Welcome to HomePals. By requesting or scheduling any services from HomePals — whether by phone, email, booking form, or in person — you agree that these Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and are legally binding between you and HomePals.
HomePals may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, and all updates take effect as soon as they’re posted. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
There is no fixed term or ongoing contract unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and HomePals.
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once payment is received in full at the time of scheduling.
Accepted Payments: We accept major credit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule any one-time or recurring service up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.
Late Cancellation Fee: If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the total scheduled service cost may be charged.
Company Cancellation: HomePals reserves the right to cancel or postpone a booking due to safety concerns, weather, lack of access, or unforeseen issues; in such cases, we will work with you to reschedule.
We strive to provide professional, reliable service:
Professional Conduct: All HomePals team members are expected to behave courteously and respectfully in your home or place of service.
Bonded & Insured: Our staff are bonded and insured to protect both you and HomePals.
Equipment & Supplies: We bring all necessary equipment and supplies unless otherwise arranged ahead of time.
If your home has pets, please ensure they are secured so they won’t escape when a team member enters or exits.
Please provide clear access instructions (gates, locks, alarm codes) before the scheduled service.
HomePals is not responsible for injury to unattended pets or damage due to inaccessible utilities.
Valuables: It’s your responsibility to secure cash, jewellery, and other items of value before services begin.
In the rare event of accidental damage, you must notify HomePals within 24 hours of service completion. You may choose replacement or repair at HomePals’ discretion.
If you’re unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, contact HomePals by 11:00 AM the day after service (or the next business day for weekend cleanings), and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomePals and its personnel are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. You agree that HomePals’ total liability for any claim related to services provided under these Terms & Conditions will not exceed the total fees paid by you for those services.
By using the HomePals website or scheduling services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You also agree that any disputes will be governed by applicable laws where HomePals is based.
